If you are experiencing difficulties in restoring QooBee iMessage Stickers, e.g. after a major iOS update, please try the following instructions to get back the stickers you have purchased before.

  1. Restart iPhone
  2. Login & Logout the same account used to purchase the stickers
  3. Press “Buy” button for the same set of stickers purchased before ( Don’t worry, Apple does not charge the same non-consumable item twice )
  4. Your stickers should be ready to use.
